Terms of Service

1. The service

DomainFind.ai ("the Service"), operated by AI Venture Holdings LLC ("we," "us"), provides domain availability information, pricing comparisons, and name suggestions via a website, REST API, and Model Context Protocol server. The Service provides information only; domain registration is completed at third-party registrars under their own terms.

2. Accuracy

Availability and pricing data are retrieved from registries, DNS infrastructure, and maintained reference tables in real time or near-real time. We label every availability answer with its verification method and confidence score, but we do not guarantee that any domain remains available until registration completes, nor that registrar prices have not changed. Verify final pricing at the registrar checkout.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to conduct abusive query volumes beyond your tier's limits, resell raw Service data without written permission, or attempt to identify or front-run other users' searches. We may throttle or suspend access that degrades the Service.

4. API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys issued to you. Keys are stored by us only in hashed form and can be revoked on request.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Registrar links may include referral parameters. We may earn commissions on registrations completed through those links, at no additional cost to you. Referral relationships never alter availability results or price ordering, which is sorted by price ascending.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI VENTURE HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DOMAINS OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes
